One of those remakes is the remake of Once upon a time in Mumbai which was a super hit movie of its time. Ajay Devgan, Emraan Hashmi and Kangna Ranaut were involved in original movie and in this movie Akshay Kumar will play the lead role. There were rumors that the movie is based on the life of two gangsters Dawood Ibrahim and Chota Rajan and Akshay Kumar will play the role of Dawood Ibrahim but Akshay refused all these rumors and said that no real life characters are involved in the movie. It is completely a fictionary movie. Character of Akshay in the movie is named as Shoib Khan and he is a gangster. Imran Khan will play the role of another gangster and his role is named as Aslam.

Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai 2 Release Date

Movie is going to be released on Eid 2013 i.e. August 8,2013. From last two years, Salman Khan released his movies on Eid. But this time Salman Khan’s upcoming movie MENTAL got postponed. Therefore, Akshay Kumar is using EID for releasing his movie.
